كيف يعمل؟ : مسار سلس من الاكتشاف الفردي إلى تحسين أداء الفريق
تتم تجربة Teamscope+ في مراحل واضحة، سواء بالنسبة للمشاركين أو للميسر (المدرب، المدير، الموارد البشرية).
للمشاركين (تقييم القوة الفردي - فردي+): سيتاح لكل عضو في الفريق (بحد أقصى 25 عضوًا لكل رمز جلسة) 48 ساعة لإكمال تقييم القوة الفردي الخاص به. يمكن تعديل هذه المدة بناءً على طلب مسبق.
المرحلة الأولى: الفرز الأولي (شعورك الغريزي) يختار المشاركون القوى التي تتناغم مع شخصيتهم عن طريق تحريك البطاقات إلى اليمين (قوة)، أو اليسار (ليست قوة)، أو الأسفل (غير مؤكد).
المرحلة الثانية: صقل وتصنيف (رؤيتك المتعمقة): يصنف المشاركون نقاط قوتهم المختارة إلى ثلاث فئات: "هذه هي أنا" (نقاط القوة)، "أرغب في أن أكون أكثر" (الإمكانات)، و"لقد تعلمت أن أكون" (المهارات). أمام المشاركين 30 يومًا لتعديل نتائجهم الفردية؛ وبعد ذلك، سيقتصر وصولهم على الاستشارات فقط.
