Discover your true strengths with the SOLO 360+ !
This powerful online tool combines your self-assessment with valuable feedback from up to 20 people in your personal and/or professional sphere. Go beyond your self-perception to discover the qualities that the others recognise and appreciate you. The goal is to deepen self-knowledge, to strengthen trust and to offer a clear path for personal and professional transformation in including your strengths in action.
Important information
Goals: SOLO 360+ combines your self-identified strengths (via the SOLO+ process) with confidential feedback from selected evaluators to provide you with a comprehensive and multidimensional view of your strengths.
Access and administration: You will receive an access code or a unique link within 24 business hours to complete your self-assessment and invite the evaluators you have chosen.
The process for you (the participant):
Self-assessment: Complete your individual strength sorting using the SOLO+ digital card interface (as described previously).
Invite evaluators: Nominate and invite individuals (e.g., peers, managers, direct reports, clients, family) to provide confidential feedback on your strengths. You will typically manage these invitations through the SOLO 360+ platform.
The process for your evaluators: The evaluators will receive a unique and confidential link to provide their feedback on your strengths. Their individual responses are anonymous and will be aggregated in your final report. They will typically have a specific timeframe to provide their feedback.
Self-assessment duration: Approximately 20-30 minutes. Evaluators: Approximately 5 minutes per evaluator.
Confidentiality and anonymity: Your self-assessment remains confidential. The individual responses from your evaluators are anonymous.
Full report: You will be able to download a personalized report integrating your self-assessment with aggregated feedback from your evaluators, highlighting congruent strengths, potential hidden strengths, and areas for development. You can edit the self-assessment section of your SOLO 360+ indefinitely.
Device accessibility: The SOLO 360+ platform (for you and your evaluators) is web-based and accessible on computers, tablets and mobile phones.
Technical requirements: A stable internet connection and a standard web browser are required.
Number of evaluators: For meaningful 360° feedback, it is recommended to invite a diverse group of at least 10 evaluators.
The crucial role of debriefing: Due to the richness and potential sensitivity of 360° feedback, a debriefing session with a qualified coach or facilitator (such as the session of DEBRIEF ) is highly recommended to help you interpret the results constructively and develop an effective action plan.

3. Invite feedback (The 360° Perspective): Share a unique code with up to 20 peers (friends, family, colleagues).They anonymously indicate which strengths they recognise in you. Crucially, they can also provide concrete examples and anecdotes of when they've seen these strengths in action – we focus solely on understanding when you're at your best, not on perceived weaknesses or 'areas for development'. We don't ask for numerically based ratings.
4. Compare & realise (The "Radar" Tool): The innovative "Radar" tab visually compares your self-perception with the feedback from your peers. See where your views align and discover strengths others see in you that you might have overlooked. This comparative analysis activates awareness and illuminates pathways for meaningful personal and professional transformations.
