This powerful online tool combines your self-assessment with valuable feedback from up to 20 friends , family members, and colleagues. Go beyond your perception of yourself to discover the qualities others recognize and value in you, gaining powerful insights into when you are at your best. The goal is to deepen self-knowledge, build confidence , and offer a clear path for personal and professional transformation by understanding your strengths in action.

Important information
Purpose: Solo 360+ combines your self-identified strengths (via the Solo+ process) with confidential feedback from selected raters to provide a comprehensive, multi-dimensional view of your strengths.
Access & administration:
You will receive an access code or link to complete your self-assessment and to invite your chosen raters.
The process for you (the participant):
Self-Sort: Complete your individual strengths sorting using the Solo+ digital card interface (as described above).
Invite Raters: Nominate and invite individuals (e.g., peers, managers, direct reports, clients) to provide confidential feedback on your strengths. You will typically manage these invitations through the Solo 360+ platform.
The process for your raters: Raters will receive a unique, confidential link to provide their feedback on your strengths.Their individual responses are anonymous and will be aggregated in your final report.
They will typically have a specific timeframe to complete their feedback.
Time commitment:
Self-Sort : Approximately 20-30 minutes.
Raters: Approximately 5 minutes per rater.
Confidentiality & anonymity:Your self-sort remains confidential to you.
Comprehensive report: You will receive a personalised report integrating your self-assessment with the aggregated feedback from your raters, highlighting congruent strengths, potential hidden strengths, and areas for development.
Modification window (Self-sort): You can modify your self-assessment part of the Solo 360+ indefinitely.
Device accessibility: The Solo 360+ platform (for both you and your raters) is web-based and accessible on computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
Technical requirements: A stable internet connection and a standard web browser are needed.
Number of raters: For meaningful 360° feedback, inviting a diverse group of at least 10 raters is recommended.
Crucial role of debrief: Due to the richness and potential sensitivity of 360° feedback, a debrief session with a qualified coach or facilitator (such as the Positran Personalised Insights & Action Debrief Session) is highly recommended to help you interpret the results constructively and develop an effective action plan.

3. Invite feedback (The 360° Perspective): Share a unique code with up to 20 peers (friends, family, colleagues).They anonymously indicate which strengths they recognise in you. Crucially, they can also provide concrete examples and anecdotes of when they've seen these strengths in action – we focus solely on understanding when you're at your best, not on perceived weaknesses or 'areas for development'. We don't ask for numerically based ratings.
4. Compare & realise (The "Radar" Tool): The innovative "Radar" tab visually compares your self-perception with the feedback from your peers.
