The journey begins with each team member completing their Solo+ strengths assessment (included in the Teamscope+ formula). This ensures a solid foundation of individual self-awareness before exploring the team dynamic.Innovative "Radar" tool for team strengths mapping:
The unique Radar tool assesses and visually represents the team's distribution of 50 strengths across 5 core scientific categories: Accomplishment, Relationships, Dynamism, Perspective, and Integrity. Our methodology
How it works : A seamless journey from individual discovery to team optimization
The Teamscope+ experience takes place in clear phases, both for the participants and for the facilitator (coach, manager, HR).
For Participants (Individual Force Sorting – Solo+)Each team member (up to 25 per session code) will have 48 hours to complete their individual force sorting. This time can be adjusted upon prior request.
Phase 1: Initial Sorting (Your Gut Feeling) Participants choose the strengths that resonate with their personality by sliding the cards to the right (strength), left (not a strength), or down (uncertain).
Phase 2: Refine and Categorize (Your Deeper Insight) Participants categorize their chosen strengths into "This is all me" (Strengths), "I wish I was more" (Potentials), and "I learned to be" (Skills). Participants have 30 days to edit their individual results; after which, they will have view-only access.
For the Facilitator: (Coach/Manager/HR) Access to team results is unlimited. The facilitator has access to three key tabs:
Participants Tab: View the list of participants who have completed their force sorting.
Strengths Tab: Once individuals have completed their sorting, you can view the team's aggregated strengths, skills, and potential. Clicking on a specific strength reveals which participants possess it.
Radar Tab: This is where collective power is visualized! View the team profile according to the 5 key scientific categories (Achievement, Relationships, Dynamism, Perspective, Integrity).
Click on each category to open a detailed radar chart showing the distribution of strengths, skills, and potential within that category for your group. This will help you understand the functional dynamics of your team, identify dominant collective talents, and pinpoint areas for development or strategic leverage.

Collaborators will have 196 hours (one week) to complete their force sorting so that the tool can collect the data, and will be able to modify their results for 30 days.
Access to the results is unlimited. Codes for using the digital Force Maps tool can only be purchased from our store.
Once the purchase is made you will receive an email with all the information regarding the procedure to follow.
